Networking & Relationships

A focus of the Leadership Lenawee Program is to develop skills that will create better leaders for our local business and community. Through understanding what makes our work styles and motivations different, we can better lead those around us.

Growing in the community is a strong focus of the Leadership Lenawee Program. Learning about our local government, economic development, and nonprofits, gives participants knowledge of the community where they live, work, and play.

Participants will learn and develop skills that will benefit them in moving their career forward through understanding of HR policies, giving and taking constructive criticism, building a great company culture, and creating an ethical and inclusive work environment.

Networking and relationship building helps create and grow our local community. Participants will learn skills to help them grow in the community through expanding their sphere of influence and build relationships across industries and communities.
